NEW INVESTMENTS

1) In April 2008 we bought three new full eletric machines Ferromatic EE 75-300.

2) SCRAPE PRESSING MACHINE:
- Through the use of spotting we will save time and reduce production costs
- Already in the tool shop we will be able to prepare the mould for production and so we will achieve the cost reduction and lifetime of mould will extend
- We will find out and reduce the friction in moulds in the pre-production phase and so we will contribute to their longer lifetime
- We will reduce the time necessary for optimization of injection moulds
- We will achieve a significant qualitative benefit for our customers
- We will implement the missing technology
- We offer the spotting services even to external customers

MAIN PARAMETERS:
Clamping surface size: 1600 x 2000 mm
Installation height: 1800 mm
Max. weight of mould for spotting: 20 000 kg
Max. possible slide stroke: 2400 mm

3) Assembly room:

- production of own plastic components by injection molding
- Purchase of other components ( c.100 types)
- assembly (6 lines)
- automated workplace of 100% control
- hundred-percent functional testing
- ionizing on place "clean up"
- packing and marking
- logistics services and supplies "just in time"

SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENTS OF THE YEAR 2004-2005

1. Silos management in the thermoplastic plant I.
This is a basic plan to ensure the storing of the all input material, i.e. the granulate of the thermoplastic material with a minimum material handling and thus minimum material losses and to ensure the purity and quality of the input material. The building of the silos management in this first stage covered the building of the first two aluminum silos with the capacity of 2 x 25m3 for the materials with the biggest volume processed in the plant TPI, namely PP polypropylenes. From the material consumption analysis including the view of the proper plastic material storing, it is intended to store up to 200 m3 of granulate, namely in up to 8 silos.

2. Dispatch of the thermoplastic plant I.
This was a construction that solved the basic restoration in the filed of material handling in the TPI plant that provides the proper storing of the produced products from this plant, i.e. storing of thermoplastic parts in a heated store up to their dispatch. The dispatch is designed as a standard rack store with lattice racks and operated by accumulator forklifts with the filling height of 4500mm and capacity of 600-800 pallets. Dispatch ramps are designed as "Gates" with balancing bridges that serve for loading trucks with forklifts by connecting their loading areas with the inner dispatch area.

3. Injection molding machines in the TPI plant
That was a purchase of 4 injection machines, namely:
Injection machine with a manipulator 150t Engel VS650/150T + ERC33-2EA
Injection machine with a manipulator 200t Engel VS750/200T + ERC33-2EA
Injection machine with a manipulator 400t Arburg A820S4000-2100 + Wittmann W633
Injection machine with a manipulator 1500t Engel DUO11050/1500 + ERC63-1C
Through the purchase of the above-mentioned machines the chance of processing sophisticated plastic parts for technical applications has been extended.
