Production of the injection moulds for pressed products has many years tradition in AP. Our technology makes it possible to satisfy the complex requirements and demands of the manufacturers of cars, white goods, electrical products, gardening appliances and consumer goods. This applies for the whole process from the preliminary project to the approval of the series production.

Injection moulding of technical parts from thermoplastics

Injection moulding of plastics is the main activity of AP. It represents 80% of the overall output of the company. Well-trained staff with many years experience uses modern injection moulding presses built by leading European manufacturers. AP employs an efficient planning and logistic systems, and is therefore able to respond with great flexibility to our costumers needs.

We design and manufacture moulds for all these products. The distribution network in the Czech Republic is based on three consignment warehouses, the subsidiaries of which cover the whole area of the Czech Republic. The network of warehouses is completed by wholesale trade network covering the area of the Czech Republic and of the Slovak Republic.

Assembly and auxiliary technologies

AP offers to its customers performing of preassemblies and final assemblies of the produced parts, their completion with the parts purchased from other suppliers, printing (screen printing Tampoprint), ultrasound welding and final end-user packaging.
