Development, production and testing of the moulds

We are able to produce the moulds with the weights in the range from few kilograms to 12 metric tons. Maximal dimensions of the frame are 800-1000 x 1000-1200 mm. Weights of the pressed parts are determined by the press and injection unit sizes, and they may range from 5 g to 6000 g. Drawing- and process-development office, dealing with the technical preparation of the production is equipped with modern computer technique CAD - CAM, working in the 2D and 3D environment.

All our moulds are equipped with the documentation about successful tests of the pressing tool and with a measuring protocol.

We are especially strong in handling complex project with many interconnected parts. We are therefore ideal partners for realization of the technically challenging applications.

The 3D data are processed in all customary formats, e.g. IGES, VDA, DXF, CATIA.EXP, PRO/E.PRT, STP, 3dm.
